Anna will be sicked.

discuss why their recognition is being denied.

haven't sent us a revised Const. yet
so tabled until next meeting

several groups that haven't updated their info since fall '98
other groups had invalid officer email addresses

**SMAC update**
shelf-building party- people showed up!!! 
they built stuff!!!
Anna needs to be reimbursed for the gift certificates
UA- finances: have we even paid for the new furniture yet?
PHILIP will figure out if we've paid for things yet.

groups will move in this week, even though
two cabinets (closed shelving haven't been built)
---> Opening Ceremony.
give one key to groups for locker.
we will keep other key.

lock shop- JOCELYN will take care of this because Anna is hosed.

Office Depot- ANNA has their rubber mallet thing, so
she will negotiate its exchange in return for bolts for
the cabinets that were supposed to arrive with bolts...

**Re-keying**
Lex wrote proposal for UA-
key policy 10-15 keys, can be raised at asa discretion

**BB reallocations**
tabled until reappearance of Ariel and Alvar

**scheduling**
GBM- March 7th.
need to schedule another ASA meeting BEFORE THEN!!!
