I. Susan - Wrapup FYSM
	*many thanks to Alvar for saving ass with logistics help
	*Panhel- flyers in FYSM violate rush rules.  Neal says: will stay for now, 
	don't do it again
	*Susan will have a list of delinquent groups tonight
	*Yay!  It's done!

II. Jocelyn - moving update/locks update
 Moving:
	*Keys weren't ready for pickup last thursday due to people on vacation
	*Things are delaying the move - CAC silliness
	*We still don't know when moving will occur.  Jocelyn is working on it
  Locks:
	*The webpages about the Omnilocks are going up "real soon now"
	*There was a meeting with The Locksmith on Monday - things are moving slowly - 
    Of note:* MITSFS is investing money into getting a super spiffy lock with cardreader
	*APO might get invest in an upgrade as well
	*IFC will get a lock installed, but might not use the combo part


III. Random SMAC
	*The cabinet labels are in
	*Things are slowly getting labeled
	*The Hellenic Association were upset about having to move out of their office -	got space
	*Frisbee neveemailed back about how much space they needed for frisbee boxes
	**The procedure how groups request space in the SMAC should change - web form
	*Still space left for distribution

	*Still have yet to turn in a revised constitution

Areyto-Ballet Folklorico Puertorriqueno de MIT:
	*Not recognized
	*serious issues with their constitution

Lacrosse Club:
	*Not recognized
	*will suggest they apply to become an IM
	*JON will email

Windows User Group
	*Provisional recognition
	*have badly worded officer duties section
	*JOCELYN will deal with

Women's Water Polo:
	*Not recognized
	*Needs small revisions on officers and elections process
	*JOCELYN will email

MIT Roller Hockey Team:
	*Recognized
	*constitution in working order
	*JOCELYN will deal

Student Technology Consultants:
	*Not recognized
	*a for-profit company
	*edgerton center is sponsoring - facilities they can get from them
	*should not be under ASA - legal issues
	*we'd be okay with giving them as a student organization a table at the midway
	*other things like next year's summer mailing will be up to the discretion of
	the board
	*SUSAN will email
