I. Recognitions
        Newly Old: *SAPA-MIT - purpose questionable, why sino-american?, overlap with
                             hippocratic society and other groups, we talked to them
                             in january, they only just now emailed us.  SUSAN will email

        Updates: *Lax Club - officer not in town, put off til fall
                 *Areyto - Ballet Folklorico Puertorriqueno de MIT-director said he just
                         updated and will get constitution soon
                 *Columbian Student Association - we derecognized them in spring, did what
                            we asked them, will be rerecognized in fall.  Jocelyn will
                            enter into the reaper
                 *Sloan Jewish Student Organization - too many problems with constitution.
                            JOCELYN will email them

        Derecognition of Mock Trial - they have not paid their dues in two years to the
                      national organization, have only competed at their first event
                      *** should be investigated in the fall***
II. Midway
        Alvar, Midway-meister-czar-in-chief-arino
        To do:
        --225 groups, 265 tables.  can only have 235 tables in Johnson, do we want to
           expand into two floors of Johnson?, it is not unreasonable to stay on one floor
           and cut out 30 tables.

III. Locks
        Jocelyn, Lock-queen-big-kahuna (aged 22 years)
        --Keys vs combos/cards is the big question
        --More allaying of security fears from paranoid groups like MITSFS and APO
        The Omnilock has possibly been stricken to be replaced by
          Lockinetics lock.  Demo at 10am on wednesday.  has 5 buttons but also has two
          types of card capabilities that can be use in any combination.
        --we're back to stage one, this is a big investment we'd like to have combo/key
          capabilities, even though cards may not be phased in yet.  we do like the
          lockinetics lock and will investigate it more thouroughly.
        Keys are now available for the groups moving into new offices
        --groups have started to move

 IV. Stuffing

        To do:

        --purchase thug clothing for Alvar and myself

        --They're in and look awesome.  We will move them into the ASA office after the
          meeting
        --We will log all of them that we give out and find the extras good homes.  Email
          Alvar with ideas.
        --We may charge for people outside of our sphere of influence, but otherwise
          they're free

        --The SAD will be spotlighted August 1st-4th.  IS wants a nicer graphic, we should
         start brainstorming a student activity icon.  Possibly could be used for t-shirt
        --Alvar has an adorable graphic and will fix so that IS approves

          We need to protect their first amendment rights.
          JESSICA will respond to them.
        --for future reference, ASA will allow as much freedom as possible
           any complaints about boards should go directly to the group itself.
           ASA does not act in such a case unless their is a direct conflict of groups.
           Will email Tracy stating our policy and perhaps put this on our webpage.

        Cleaning up asa-exec?
        --Lots of cruft on asa-exec.
        --Should asa-exec be what asa-internal already is.  asa-exec is going out to
          too many people that just want in on the gossip
        --Change asa-internal into asa-family/everybody at some point so that exec stays
          just the board and family becomes the list for when we want to know bitd stuff.
        --*asa-exec - for public address
          should be just the current board, eric (the office manager), tracy
          (program admin for student activities), the ua and gsc presidents
          *asa-internal - for "private" business/meeting times
          just the current board
          *asa-everyone - advice
          for all of asa-exec and old members

        Reaper madness
        --we need to create an internet interface for the reaper.
        --Alvar will talk to Ted and possibly Tracy about the implementation of and
          support provided by CAC/RLSLP, possibly make it a UROP position.
