I. New Group Recognitions

Recognizing.  Jen is running through the reaper.

Karaoke Club

not convinced they need to be a recognized club.  PHILIP will email 
other suggestions for how about achieving their purpose.

II. Locks

Jen's email sent out the specifics.  
Town hall meeting on Wednesday.
Jocelyn will play around with making procedures.

III.  Post Midway Analysis

-It was awesome.  Lots of compliments from admins and people who have
been to many midways.  Setup was good.  Tracy was happy.  
CPW activity fair again?  IAP mini midway might be a nice side project 
if someone wants to take it up.  Possibly book Sala and have tables/
open houses.  
-Need to send thank you notes to WMBR, ISA, Larry, and FDC.  JON will do.
-One prob: early returns.  JON and ALVAR will deal with delinquents, fines
etc.

IV. poster policy policing

-Debate team- illegal postering up the wall, trees, pillars, floors, etc.
JOCELYN will send them a friendly reminder.
-Mention policy in GBM.  

V. tech's paragraph in official email explaining free ads
JEN will respond to Satwik.  A-Okay.

VI. krazy kooky konstitutional kleenup(Jon is krazy)
JOCELYN will deal.  will be done by GBM.

VII. midway lost and found
We found a bag belonging to David Dopson with phone #.
PHILIP will email.
