Summer Mailing -SIPB Laurie will look into it, SUSAN will followup 4. Locks -Susan met with Tim on Wednesday. -Locks will be in soon. Once we know date, will send an email to the student groups asking for relevant info. -Want webform to replace sending info to email list. -SUSAN will send out draft of official stuff tonight. -Questions brought up about the security of webforms and email. -For security a dropbox may be set up for paperforms, but not a longterm solution. 5. Mailboxes -There is a weird noncorrelation between ASA's list of people who have mailboxes and what the actual mailboxes are labelled. -About 20 groups are off according to each box. -BRIAN will clear the current ASA mailbox list. We will send out another mail and only deal with current mailbox requests. 6. Database -Alvar went to a meeting with Alan, GSC tresurer -Has a plan laid out for the structure of the db with lots of things to make all our lives easier. Pretty block diagram! -IS is willing to let us have access to the MIT people database and we will mutually benefit eachother by keeping all student info up-to-date. -next meeting will finish database design (tues 2pm N42) and then meeting after will be with the IS guy and will discuss implementation. 7.
