  Submitted a new constitution.

  If JENB says it's a possibility, we will make their life hard til
  they join with Foundation.

  name, getting a new locker.  Need a deadline 12/3

  Need to fix meeting decision process, combine 2 meetings articles.
  ALVAR will contact.  When fix two items, will be provisionally
  approved.
-Taekwondo
  Will talk to the other taekwondo organization 12/3, and will be
  dealt with then.  Will be put into the awaiting recognitions file.

2. Derecognitions
-Any group that sends email, that's enought that they get a waiver cause 
 they're alive.
-We will deal over IAP
-BRIAN will send email the weekend before finals week to the groups who haven't 
  submitted constitutions.

3. Summer Mailing
-SIPB
  Laurie will look into it, SUSAN will followup

4. Locks
-Susan met with Tim on Wednesday.
-Locks will be in soon. Once we know date, will send an email to the
student groups asking for relevant info.
-Want webform to replace sending info to email list.
-SUSAN will send out draft of official stuff tonight.
-Questions brought up about the security of webforms and email.
-For security a dropbox may be set up for paperforms, but not a longterm
 solution.  

5. Mailboxes
-There is a weird noncorrelation between ASA's list of people who have 
 mailboxes and what the actual mailboxes are labelled.
-About 20 groups are off according to each box.
-BRIAN will clear the current ASA mailbox list.  We will send out another mail
 and only deal with current mailbox requests.

6. Database
-Alvar went to a meeting with Alan, GSC tresurer  
-Has a plan laid out for the structure of the db with lots of things to make
  all our lives easier.  Pretty block diagram!  
-IS is willing to let us have access to the MIT people database and we will 
  mutually benefit eachother by keeping all student info up-to-date.
-next meeting will finish database design (tues 2pm N42) and then meeting 
  after will be  with the IS guy and will discuss implementation.

LGC is government

The Tech are twits.   
-Correction:  the prolifer quoted is a twit.  Excused.
-Beginning of next term - look into writing an article about how MIT govt 
works with  block diagram!!

IAP plans 
-Andrew - working for first week, then back.
-Susan will be working on phase II, but here.
-Alvar - starting Jan 9 here.
-Philip - working on Grad school apps.
-Brian - here, doing quals.  ick.
-JenC - here.
-Jessica - probably here doing a play or two.
