0. New Group Recognitions (a bunch)
*MIT Objectivist Club - completely overlaps with existing group.
  ANDY will email them to take over the other group. 

*Nautical Association - need officer removal process.
  Need minimum of 5 MIT students explicit.
  Non-discrimination is not explicitly stated.
  JENB will email.

*Arts and Technology Group - all activities can occur under
  different auspices (MITDMC & Democlub).  JESSICA will deal.

*MIT Students for Isreal - already have Isreal groups.
  Also have scary elements of constitution.
  PHILIP will deal. 

*MIT Sport(World) Taekwondo Group - has issues.
  Will await report from sports meeting.
  On hold.  JENC will email.

*Isshinryu Karate-Do - On hold awaiting sports report.  
  JENC will email.

*Worst Movie Ever Club - Have already been emailed, no response.
  Will await their reponse.  3/14/01 deadline.

*Ulysees Project - has possible elections date problem.
  Will be approved if fixed.

*MIT March of Dimes - has a few constitution problems.
  Missing treasurer description, officer stuff, etc.
  Otherwise, has recognition potential.  
  PHILIP will email.

*MIT Formula SAE Team - various constitution problems.
  Distinct enough purpose.  With fixed constitution potential approval.
  JENC will email.

*Teatro Latino - small constitution problem.
  Approved if fixed.  JENC will deal.

*United Trauma Relief - epic purpose, may be able to merge with
  another group.  
  Will be recognized.  
  JENC will reaperize.

*Pugwash - good constitution.  
  Will be rerecognized.
  JENC will reaperize.

*MIT Informs - why do they need recognition?
  Have not said why they need funding. 
  JES will email.
   
*Prodemocracy TV - have not detailed how they will logistically start
  their own television station.  Should tell them to start a MIT cable 
  show first, then work up to the formation of a group.  
  PHILIP will deal.

*Resonance - constitution good.
  Should specifically put "non-competitive" in the purpose.
  Pending alteration, JENC will reaperize.

OldGroups:
*Gender Forum - 3/1 deadline for alterations requested.
  JES will deal.

*Insitute Forum - took over Institute Foundation.
  Done.

*Architecture Student Council - Discussion about why need recognition.
  Resolved.  Will be recognized.
  JENC will reaperize.

  JenY absent, will be discussed at next meeting.

2. new group derecognitions - Brian
  There are still ~50 groups that have not submitted a constitution.  
The deadline for submittal is 3/1.  PHILIP will poster campus with the list. 

3. Transitions space report - Philip, Jessica
  Neither of us made it.  JENB will email Andrea to find out what happened.

4. CAC's room reservation policies and sketchy groups - JenC
  There have been some groups that have reserved kresge for huge events
  that only one person have showed up to.  Also, problems with trashing rooms
  and leaving for next group to clean up. Is there anything ASA can do to
  prevent scheduling abuse of power.  PHILIP will set up a meeting with Tracy
  and Katie.
