BULLETIN BOARDS / POSTERING * Tony did a sweep of about half of the Infinite yesterday * Paul will do a census of bulletin boards tonight / tomorrow * half a dozen requests to acknowledge / attend to Categories: * groups that are not using space / never have been using space -- instantly revoked * groups that have had some usage, but looks like normal flyering, may even be gone -- one more reminder; revoke within two weeks * groups using space properly * Matt: can this be adopted as a general policy? ** specific wording: groups’ bulletin boards are liable to be re-allocated within two weeks' notice if the Board deems they are being under-utilized * moved to become a policy of this Board: 7-0-0 POSTERING * Matt: finally got in touch with Kaplan, sent email ** they responded, asked for clarification, seems to be getting better FINANCES * Rachel: pretty much set for the year: $14,500 ($9,200 from UA, $5,300 from GSC) ** technically need to have $4,600 spring allocation approved from UA, but it’s already been requested ** $9,300 for Midways ** $1,500 food for GBM's ** $1,000 for database contract ** $1,200 for meeting food, printing ** some small projects (locks for lockers) OFFICES * date floated for getting form out is this week! ** need to make sure the online form is good for everybody ** send out email to ASA-Official by this week * some internal deadlines need to be finalized for us, e.g. walkthroughs ** explicitly a time for ASA to ask questions; mostly one-way ASA OFFICIAL * email about office allocations * email from Careers Office about workshops HAZING FORMS * have been entered into spreadsheet GROUPS
