Subject: Easel displays

We are contacting you because we understand that your organization has recently relied on easel 
displays in the Infinite Corridor to promote events.  This past year has seen a proliferation of 
display easels along the Infinite Corridor that pose a danger to the considerable flow of traffic 
and especially to those who are visually impaired.  For this reason, we feel that we must institute 
a policy that displaying easels along the Infinite Corridor will no longer be permissible.  We 
appreciate your cooperation in making our public corridors safer.

An effort is underway to provide alternative methods of displaying events on the Infinite Corridor.  
In particular, there is an ongoing effort to establish electronic media for displaying the Institute's 
events.
