Bulletin Board Allocation
The ASA administers the bulletin board space in the infinite corridor (and adjoining areas) that are designated for student group use by the Campus Activities Complex. Some items of note:
- Bulletin board space is re-allocated every other year.
- You are never guaranteed to keep your space during a re-allocation.
- Groups can lose their space at any time during the school year if it is not being used properly.

The schedule for transitioning from the old allocations to the new is:
- Morning of Thursday, August 6 - Boards cleared and labeled. If you wish to save any materials from your board, please remove them before then. If this is not possible for your group, please email ASA Exec and we will save the materials for you.
- Monday, August 17 - Deadline for groups to have placed something in their space. This does not have to be your complete display.
Group Responsibilities
- Post your group name and contact information
- Post information about your group’s activities or issues
- Cover your space completely
- Remove other posters from your space
- Maintain your board when items fall off or are inadvertently removed
- Notify the ASA Executive Board of any vandalism
- Notify the ASA Executive Board if you intend to permanently modify your space (e.g. putting up display cases or plexiglas)
Requesting a Bulletin Board
During a standard allocation
A web form will be available when the standard re-allocation is performed in Fall 2010.
Outside a standard allocation
Send an email to the ASA Executive Board stating your need for a bulletin board space. Your group will be added to the waiting list. If a board becomes available for your group, you will be notified.
