1. BUDGET
- approved

2. LECTURE SERIES
- someone from outside of the institute
- what would the budget be for this?
- ideas for speakers - nationally/regionally recognized speakers

3. BSCES
- student night is next monday, so no exec

4. Next Friday (26th) is pumpkin carving at Parson's
- sign up for a pumpkin, or come for dinner
- community service face painting

5. Talking to accredidation board Monday the 29th

6. FRESHMEN
- choice of majors fair on the 30th
- open house Friday the 2nd of November from 12 - 4 in Bush Room
- Aimee as point of contact to help set-up, Freshmen working on poster

7. ASCE
- conference: leaving Friday morning

8. DCEE
- reunion to happen 2nd/3rd week of November

9. GBM
- general body meeting October 29th (Monday) at 8
- voting for people of the month

10. SOCIAL
- mid-November/pre-Thanksgiving party (unofficial social)
- check out the social ones list and see who's on it

11. CAREER FAIR
- ready to go once the resume book is put together
