Community Service
CEESA, as a proud member of both the MIT academic community as well as the larger Cambridge and Boston community, is involved with numerous outreach and community service projects throughout the area.
In the past, CEESA has participated in Habitat for Humanity, the Project Bread walk for hunger, the Charles River Cleanup, fundraisers for the Hurricane Katrina relief, and the AXO fund-raiser Lip Sync.
Upcoming Service Opportunities:
Nothing coming up! Stick around to hear about more opportunities!!
CEESA had six spots for Habitat for Humanity's last work day of the semester, whichhappened on Saturday, November 17th.
CEESA executive members also recently helped out with the Halloween party at Parson's Lab on Friday, October 26th, setting up, monitering, and cleaning up the pumpkin carving station. The carvers were CEE faculty, staff, students and families, and the work performed by CEESA was greatly appreciated.
