1The flat rates given above are for rental periods of 5 hours or less. Longer rental periods will have the fees prorated accordingly.

2Note that these facilities are generally open to Ashdown residents, free of charge. Reservations are necessary only for large groups, or groups which require exclusive use for some period of time.

3The Kitchen may only be rented in conjunction with its adjoining rooms such that a continuous pathway exists between the food preparation area and your event. Traffic should not flow in the exterior hallway. (The following combinations are allowed: Kitchen/Fabyan, Kitchen/Fabyan/West Dining, and Kitchen/Fabyan/West Dining/Hulsizer.)
