James is an extremely tall and gaunt. His flesh is pale. His eyes are grey and without sparkle. Straw-like tufts of grey-brown hair stick out from under his hat.

James dresses as if he has just attended a funeral, most likely as the guest of honor. He wears an old tuxedo. Once a very fine garment, it is now threadbare and worn. A prominent crucifix hangs from a gold chain about his neck. He wears two pearl-handled revolvers with silver tracings, but the pearl is cracked. The silver is blackened and tarnished.

James clearly had a horrible event in his past, in which a group of bandits destroyed his entire village, including women and children. Sometimes he runs across one of those bandits, and that bandit stops running across anyone afterwards.

Preferred Weapons:

Two Colt Model 1873 Single Action Peacemakers. Pretty much the classic large caliber revolver, with standard length barrels for a balance between accuracy and speed of draw, and single action for the fine control demanded by the discerning gunfighter.
