The Ranch is located about half an hour outside of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Unlike the Hospice, many of the people associated with the Ranch do not actually live there. The ranch itself provides housing for up to ten people (with some further construction ongoing) but only Inquisition members of D clearance are required to live there. The others in general live in Santa Fe.
The ranch has a large one-story main building with an infirmary and one semi-detached wing with most of the living quarters. There are also several large barns still being converted from their original uses, a helipad, and a lot of land. One of the barns is being converted into a lab an living space for the Strausses.
Sr. and Sra. Balthazar
Staff. The Balthazars handle some of the cooking, cleaning, and errands at the ranch. Sra. Balthazar is very motherly and cooks well. The Balthazars have been relocated here from the Hospice. Their clearance is D, mostly from not being interested in having anything higher. They live at the Ranch in the main building.
Bob "Bobarino" Dawkins
Helicopter Pilot. Bob's sole job is to keep the Ranch helicopter working and ready to fly (generally to the Santa Fe airport or to Albequerque). His clearance is D, and he lives at the Ranch in the main building.
Damien LaRochelle
Tough Boss. Damien is in charge of operations at the Ranch, and his clearance is A. He projects a no-nonsense aura about ten feet wide, and likes to keep things well organized. Damien previously ran the Miami safehouse until its unfortunate demise; before that he was working as a VP in one of Abel's many companies.
Orchid Liu
Avatar Expert. See Inquisition Personnel. After the ascenscion of Clive Stubbins, Orchid wears a white lab coat almost all the time, and often carries a clipboard.
Darwin Mooney
Enthusiastic Assistant. Darwin organizes things for TNI teams - from plane tickets to cover stories to camping equipment - and he's very good at it. His demeanor is that of an enthusiastic intern, all new and shiny. His clearance is C.
Dr. Renee Staadler
Reserved Doctor. Dr. Staadler handles medical problems of the weird type. She is attractive in a blonde Dutch sort of way but somewhat cold. Dr. Staadler has also moved here from the Hospice. Dr. Staadler's clearance is C, and she lives in Santa Fe proper.
