SPRING SPORTS REGISTRATION

You will need to use your MIT email address to register on IMLeagues.com
Undergrads, Grads, Faculty, Staff, MITCOB Alums, and Spouses/Partners who have a DAPER membership are eligible to register.

1. Go to www.imleagues.com/mit/registration - complete all the information and click sign up
   Or go to www.imleagues.com and click create Account on top right of page.
2. Select MIT from the drop down menu of schools and fill in all the information and click sign up.
3. You will be sent an activation email-click the link in the email to login and activate your IMLeagues account.

TO CREATE OR JOIN A TEAM ON IMLEAGUES

Log in to your IMLeagues account.
At the top right corner of the MIT IMLeagues page click the Player Sign up button-it will drop down to show

• Create a Team
• Join a Team
• Join as a Free Agent

To Create a Team - For Team Captains

1. Click on create a team
   The current sports being offered will be listed
2. Click on the sport name you want to enter a team
3. Click on the league in that sport (A, B, C) you want to enter a team
4. Click on the CREATE TEAM button
5. Read and click the ACCEPT button to accept the Liability Release Waiver agreement.
6. Enter team name (see above note about team names)
7. Indicate if you are undergrad, grad, faculty, staff, MITCOB alum or spouse/partner.
8. Choose/upload a team logo (optional)
9. Check off auto accept members to allow others to join your team

To Join a Team

1. Click on the Player Sign up button on top right of MIT IMLeagues page
2. Click on Join a Team
3. Click on a sport, then a league, and the name of the team you want to join.
4. Click the Accept button on the waiver.
5. Indicate if you are undergrad, grad, faculty staff, MITCOB Alum or spouse/partner.
6. Request to join the team

To Join as a Free Agent

1. Select the Player Sign up button on top right of MIT IMLeagues page
2. Click on JOIN AS FREE AGENT
3. Select a sport, then a league for the sport.
4. Click on FREE AGENT
5. Click the Accept button on the waiver.
6. Indicate if you are undergrad, grad, faculty staff, MITCOB Alum or spouse/partner.
    
   Captains that are looking for players can now invite you to their team.

Once you have registered your team on IMLeague.com, pay your deposits or outstanding fines to Bernice Ward on the second floor of the Zesiger Center Monday–Friday, 9am-5pm. Cash or check made out to MIT AA. Deposits will be refunded less and fines accrued over the spring.

Independent teams deposit is $75.00 per team per league in each sport.
Provisional Groups deposit is $75.00 for the spring and covers all teams.
Affiliated teams require no deposit.

Check the Affiliated list to see if you are affiliated or provisional.
 
DEPOSITS are due by Friday March 15th 5pm.
 
Any teams who have not paid will be dropped from the league and not scheduled for competition.
 
Captains must attend the pre-season Captains meeting.

Spring Intramurals Registration

Registration opens Friday March 1 at 6:00am and closes Friday March 8 th at 11:59pm
Spring Affiliation – check the list below to see if your team is fully affiliated-attended meetings and paid your fines.
Provisional Teams – owe 1 $75.00 deposit, regardless of number of teams registered.
Independent Teams - owe $75.00 for each team in each sport.

MIT Intramural Spring Affiliation Meeting Tuesday February 5th 7:30-8:00pm Room 1-190 This meeting is mandatory for registering your affiliation or group for the spring semester.

Athletic chairs or their proxys MUST attend and fill out their affiliation card to remain affiliated and not have to pay deposits for your teams. If you are no longer the athletic chair, it is your responsibility to inform the new chair or send a proxy.

If you are interested in playing Intramurals for free at MIT attend the meeting to become affiliated.

IM Winter Sports Registration on Athleague.com October 4th until 11:59 pm on Wednesday October 10th.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRY FEES AND DEPOSITS IS FRIDAY OCTOBER 12TH 5PM Payment can be made to Bernice Ward on the second floor of the Zesiger Center. Checks made out to MIT AA or cash are accepted. Deposits are refunded at the end of the season less any fines.

Ice Hockey
Winter season October to February $200.00 entry Fee $115.00 deposit for Provisional Groups and each Independent team IAP Season January 7-February 1 $100.00 entry fee $ 115.00 deposit for Provisional Groups and each Independent Team.

Basketball
Winter season October – March - No entry fees $75.00 deposit for Provisional Groups and each Independent team IAP January 7-February 1- No entry fees $75.00 deposit for Provisional Groups and each Independent team

Pistol-$20.00 entry fee per person for the year
