IAP Registration
November 20th -27th

Visit Athleague.com to create a team.  (Be sure that the affiliation is listed in the title and the athletic chair of your affiliation is on the roster.)

There is a $100 fee associated with IAP Ice Hockey.

Fines, Fees, and Deposits can be paid to Bernice Ward (2nd floor of the Z-Center) Nov 30 - Dec 4 with either a check (made out to "MIT AA") or cash (exact change).

General Body Meeting

Attendance is mandatory.  If a representative from your affilaition does not attend, you will be fined.

Winter IM Registration Announcement posted October 12, 2009

Registration for the Winter Sports (Ice Hockey, Basketball, and Air Pistol)
  Begins Tuesday Oct 12th at 12:00am.
  Ends Monday Oct 18th at 11:59pm.

To be registered for a team, you must first have the minimum number of people on your roster.  Then, you must join your team to the league you want to play in.

To join a winter sport league go to athleague.com sign up for an account, and create a team.

Fees, Fines, and Deposits will be collected Monday Oct 19th- Wednesday Oct 21st.  You can deliver either cash or a check (made out to "MITAA") to Bernice Ward, who can be found on the 2nd floor of the Z-Center from 9am to 4pm.  (She is on vacation until the 19th.  You cannot pay your fines while she is away.)

Fees:
  Air Pistol  $30
  Ice Hockey  $100

The season will run from Oct 25 to Dec 5, 2009 and February 6 to mid-March, 2010.

IM Affiliation Meeting
The Intramural Fall Affiliation Meeting will be held

Tuesday September 15, 2009

7:30pm in Room 1-190

If you do not attend, your affiliation will be demoted. If you (the Athletic Chair) cannot attend, you may send a proxy. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! On top of talking about the new sports this semester, we will be going over the financial statement from this past school year, so that everyone can see how the IM Program spends money.
