If you will not be able to complete your Physical Education requirement (including a swim course or electing to test out) by May 15th, 2008, you must file a Physical Education Proposal form between April 14th - 18th showing how and when you will meet the requirement. Plans will only be accepted via the on-line form.

If you do not file a plan by April 18th , you will be charged a $40.00 late fee to your student account.
