This 10-week, paid internship program is one of the most exciting and comprehensive in the country. The young men and women, who make it through the rigorous admissions process, will gain the skills, experience and exposure necessary to make a career in finance. Engineering Students - Westinghouse Electric Company
Westinghouse Electric Company is the last remaining division of Westinghouse still in Pittsburgh after the CBS takeover. Their primary business is nuclear power plant construction and maintenance. Westinghouse hired over 1,000 people last year, and has hired over 300 new engineering graduates each of the past couple of years, 30 of which were hired to fill positions in RRAS (Repair, Replacement and Automation Services). RRAS uses primarily electrical engineers - they are responsible for the controls and instrumentation in new and existing plants.

Golf Ball Product Development - Nike, Inc.
As our Golf Ball Product Development Engineer, you'll successfully support all aspects of the product development process from concept to product confirmation for Golf Balls. You'll participate in collaboration with the research group, inline product teams and vendors and outside resources to position the Brand as an innovative leader in the golf industry. You'll participate in planning and execution of product development according to critical dates that lead to on-time delivery of sales samples and production confirmation. You'll also participate in meetings with product teams during various phases of the development process to contribute to the decision making process.

Golf Ball Process Engineer - Nike, Inc.
As our Golf Ball Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for industry leading prototyping capabilities for golf ball innovation. You'll lead lab operations by conducting and evaluating prototype trials, including rubber processing, grinding, injection molding, buffing, coatings and printing. You'll be responsible for driving short- and long-term projects related to business goals and act as a liaison between internal Nike groups. You'll also analyze compounds and revise formulations to provide desired properties in prototype and sample parts.
