ATIC provides information technology resources and services specifically designed to address the needs of MIT community members and visitors with disabilities.The teamand facilitiesare part of MIT Information Services and Technology
(IS&T).
ATIC, located inBuilding 7-143, offers:
- a computer cluster for MIT students with disabilities to work
independently.
- consultations with individualsexploring adaptive technology options.
- demonstrations of adaptive technologies such as alternative keyboards,
pointing devices, scanning devices, magnification or voice recognition
software.
- accessibility reviews and testingof web sites, multimedia,andsoftware for MIT departments, labs and centers.
