Project Initiator: Local commerical poultry cooperative Start Date: 2001 Projected Completion Date: Not applicable Current Status: Ideas stage A local poultry cooperative came to ATS looking for a solution to their problem of plucking several chickens rapidly. The first food technologist, a woman from Kenya, was pursuing this technology, but nothing has been done recently. There is still a small need for such a product.
