Marketing Plan[developing written, spoken, and pictoral content to sell ATS products]
[Summary & Motivation] [Community] [Specifications] [Issues] [Contacts] [Diagrams / Pictures]
Summary & Motivation
Project Initiator: ATS Start Date: Not applicable Projected Completion Date: Not applicable Current Status: Ideas stage As a government-sponsored organization, ATS is supposed to effectively market its products in all ten districts of Lesotho. Currently, there is a deficit in staffing such that some of the districts have no ATS representation. In addition, many of the current staff are not trained in how to market the products, so little work has been done to promote the product sales among the more rural regions.
A staff increase to three people per district has been proposed, but the probability that all of these new staff members are hired and are trained in marketing is rather low. The marketing department at ATS is currently looking for help and training in developing effective material to market its products. Effective marketing means that technology dissemination can occur to those people who are most in need of it.
