     Carl Malamud interviews Jeff Schiller, one of the Internet's
leading security experts and the manager of MIT's campus network.  
Jeff talks about the deployment of PEM and a public key infrastructure
and explains his philosophy of "very good security or no security."
Schiller also talks about the difficulty of policing the Internet
and discusses with Carl whether horses or computers are more useful 
to criminals.

     Also this week, Dr. Jeff Case *IS* Dr. SNMP.  Down on the
farm, he has a saying.  In fact, you'll find that Dr. SNMP has
