Interests

I am interested in storytelling and its potential to build community identity. I am strongly influenced by poetry as well as African American and Native American story-telling traditions.

I hope to find ways to translate community narrative into urban design interventions that are sensitive to nuances of visual and spatial language as well as use and function.

My primary area of interest is Southern New Jersey, specifically Haddonfield, NJ, and Camden, NJ.
