The Annual Report contains: all preliminary reports, an evaluation of the state of student affairs as they pertain to the current needs within and without the MIT Community, a list of possible programs for which there is an immediate or long term need, an outline of the projects selected for the current year with the reasons for selection, a critical examination of the year's activities, a list of those appointed to the succeeding Foundation committee, and such other material as the Foundation Committee deems desirable.
The Annual Report of the Foundation Committee is distributed to the Chairman of the Corporation, to the President of the Institute, to the Dean of Students, to the president of the Institute Committee, to the members of the Advisory Board, to the `heads of appropriate student and administrative publications, and to all other interested parties.
