ASSISTANT COACH

Rob Robledo

Rob Robledo is in his first year as an assistant men's basketball coach for the Engineers. His responsibilities include various coaching duties, practice and game preparation, scouting, and recruiting. Before his arrival at MIT, Rob spent three years as a volunteer youth basketball coach for the Newton Athletic Association (NAA).

Rob played basketball at Newton South High School where he was recognized as a first team Boston Globe and Boston Herald All-Star. Rob is also a 2000 graduate of Clark University in Worcester, MA where he was a two-time NEWMAC All-Star. As a senior at Clark, he led the Cougars to their first NCAA tournament berth in over ten years. Currently, Rob works full time as a Commercial Broker with The Triad Group in Boston, MA.
