Users can use the Thunderbird mail client (available from www.mozilla.org) to import the address book from Eudora. From Thunderbird users should export the address book to the desktop and then import the file into Outlook Express.
1. To import your Eudora address book to Thunderbird :
Import the address book from Eudora to Thunderbird.
a. In Thunderbird, select "Tools > Import" and then "Address
Book."
b. In the "Address Book" window, select "Tools," and then "Import." Click "Next."

c. Choose "Eudora" from the list and then press the "Next" button.

d. A progress bar will appear and the window will respond with "Imported
address book Eudora Nicknames" by default (if you have a custom named
Eudora address book, it will show that name instead of "Eudora Nicknames").
Click "Finish."

Then Export the address book from Thunderbird.
e. Select the Address Book Icon in Thunderbird then click once on the "Eudora
Nicknames"

f. Select "Tools," and then "Export."

name the file "Address Book," select "LDIF" (do not select "CSV") from the "Save as type" menu, choose "Desktop" as the save location and click the "Save" button.

Open Outlook Express and follow the import instructions but opt to import the LDIF file that is saved on your desktop ( or location you may have chosen )
