Salvation

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

I. What is salvation?
We are saved through Jesus Christ who bought us back from sin and death with His blood. When we are saved we become children of God and joint heirs with Christ. We are made new. We receive eternal life.

II. How do we receive salvation?
a. Romans 10:9-10
We must believe in Jesus Christ as out Lord and Savior. We must invite Jesus into our lives and give Him everything.

We must repent. To repent means to choose to turn from sin to God.

God gives us the strength to repent. All we have to do is choose to repent and be sorry.

Once saved, we are always saved.
