Recovery Plans

Recovery Planning at MIT is coordinated by the Business Continuity Management Team under the direction of the Executive Vice President.

MIT's recovery planning process is documented in a set of plans.

  • The top level Business Continuity Management Team (BCMT) Plan -- guidance for infrastructure support of the business functions requiring recovery capability.
  • The FARM (Functional Area Recovery Management) Team Plans -- specific procedures for an operational area's recovery of business functions and information and communications systems supporting that business.
