MIT Guild of Bellringers

Welcome!

What is the MIT guild of Bellringers?

The MIT Guild of Bellringers rings hand bells at MIT and helps with maintaining and ringing the tower bells of the Old North Church in Boston. We have a tune ringing hand bell choir and a change ringing hand bell group. They each meet once a week for practices. If you would like to join, try it out, or just visit and listen, please email us at bellringers@mit.edu !

Join us! Learn to ring!

If you are interested in learning handbell ringing and/or tower bell ringing, or are just curious about what it looks and sounds like, or you want to pretend you're Paul Revere and need an excuse to get up the Old North Church steeple, we can arrange that as well. Get in touch with us at bellringers@mit.edu and we'll arrange a time for this.
