About me:
I am a fourth year graduate student at EECS, MIT, working with Prof. Elfar Adalsteinsson in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging group.
I am currently interested in solving a couple of inverse problems that arise in MRI. These are,
- Algorithm development for joint reconstruction of images acquired at different contrast preparations from undersampled data,
- Reconstructing spectroscopic metabolite maps with highly undersampled, high resolution lipid priors,
- High resolution quantitative susceptibility mapping of the brain with compressed sensing and parallel imaging,
- Accelerating Diffusion Spectrum Imaging with partial sampling of q-space and k-space
