Read, write performance for mpi-io-test
Hardware
- 1024 BGL rack
- 128 IO nodes
- 6 storage nodes (specs to follow)
- 4x1Gb links from 2 storage nodes to switch
Software
- BGL Driver V1R2M1_020_2006-060110
- PVFS2 version 1.3.2
- Storage nodes running SLES 10, kernel 2.6.13-15-smp
- ZeptoOS version 1.3
Tuning parameters
- CIOD_RDWR_BUFFER_SIZE is set to 4MB
- LVM PE set size is 64KB
