Guarente Lab Microarray Data

Microarray data generated by the Guarente Lab can be downloaded here. All data is presented in Microsoft Excel format. ORF designation and gene name are shown in the first two columns. cy5/cy3 (experimental/control) ratios for each experiment are shown in subsequent columns. Wild type PSY316 cells cultured in YPD at 30C were used as controls for each experiment.
