Entering class of 2007

As of September 15, 2007, there are 205 graduate students enrolled in the Biology Ph.D. program. Of those, 103 are women; 28 are international students, 21 are under-represented minorities, and 11 are enrolled in an M.D./Ph.D. program. The average size of an entering class is 35.

About 40% of our graduate students come straight from college while the others take one or more years before enrolling in graduate school.
