Even without a Wacom tablet, I managed to make the draw the following using a mouse and a lot of patience:
Nominally reproduced in color, it also works in grayscale.
Should be reproduced in 8.5" x 11" format.
Postcards should be reproduced in 8.5" x 11" format, portrait, black and white. To create the table tent, cut the postcard sheet in half along its width, rotate the one piece 180 degrees, and copy. Cut the table tent sheet in half along its length.

Should be reproduced in 12' x 4' format, landscape, full color.
Reproduced on white paper, full color. The "cover" is the front cover of the CD, and the "liner notes" are printed on the reverse of the cover. The "back" is the insert for the back cover of the CD case, and has a flap for the spine.
