Sock Parasite!

This is Cat Bordhi's Autumn Toes, done in Sundara sock yarn. I think the yarn is gorgeous and the pattern is interesting, but the panels of diagonal stitches make it really hard to put on over the heel. What is it with diagonal panels? Sure, they look nice, but they take all the useful stretch out of knitting.
