Plasma lenses in general:
Standard plasma lenses are the only sort that are currently in production, or in widespread use. There were once nanoplasma lenses, though not many, and there are even fewer of them now. Other than standard plasma lenses, most of the other kind are "lost", i.e. still exist but are not actively used.

Macro-lenses:
There are no other plasma macro lenses in existence. This one was made on Tiras Nova a long time ago, and it was never made at all, and it was made recently. Nobody has the technology to make plasma macro lenses, though it is something that current inworld tech could aspire to.

Micro-lenses:
There's under a hundred in existence. The approximately-nearest one is on Pierogi. Most of them are in the inworlds; the largest clump is on Riden. This one was made on Craterrock a long time ago. Nobody has the technology to make plasma micro-lenses, though it is something that current inworld tech could aspire to.
