Dr. Kye holds them for a little while, frowning, then looks done. Wisewoman Greta asks what he found out; Dr. Kye seems to find it a reasonable question and says that the main thing he is able to determine is that they are significant to their recipients as a symbolic part of a committment. These three amulets in particular seem to be related to each other only by the commitment of the people they were granted to. Two, the non-personal significance of the amulets is that they build a specific linking relation that is otherwise not there. Three, they are all quite old; there aren't any objects of this sort which have been constructed recently. Dr. Kye concludes that although some information was obtained, combined scrying doesn't work so well when the three items are identical.
