5. Katya doesn't know who her mother is
6. Maury and Katya believe that Katya may not have a mother in the conventional sense (test tube baby).

Leads me to believe that...

Katya is not Arista's descendant, period. Katya is not any Nomarche's descendant in the conventional sense, though she clearly has Nomarche genes.
