2779.036: We learn more about Decider "psi." Humans have (in the Deciders' terms) three psionic abilities - Power, Control and Serendipity. The Deciders have four - Source, Focus, Balance, and Outline, though due to past wars, they have no Focus any longer, and nearly no Outline. Without their focus, their psychic gathering is very unstable, and the amount of noise produced by humans in the dust nebula prevents them from maintaining anything.
2779.213: The Ritual of Gaan Xi (the Vertak psi ritual used to save Mirris from a Glitter overdose) was unable to lift memories of the Deciders from my mind. (Ruehan was not wearing the Decider amulet at the time.) I find this a little bizarre personaly; they're my memories...

2780.203: Results of Lord V'Dalari's experiment: Focus and Outline are both their x2 psi stats. Outline is the ability to pull together disparate things. Focus is the ability to concentrate psychically on one thing.
On a side note, it's interesting that humans can have different x2 stats. Other races seems to be consistent about that.
