The MIT Press Bookstore can accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), personal checks drawn on US funds, international money orders, and postal money orders.

Online Order Form
Currently, we are only accepting online orders for the MIT Course Catalog and related publications. A more general order form is in development.

Fax & Email Orders
Ordering via email or fax is not a safe way to transmit your credit card information. These forms of communication can be electronically intercepted without your knowledge and thus do not meet current credit card industry standards for security. Please either telephone or mail your order to us.

U.S., Canadian, and Mexican customers
Ground shipping is $4.95 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Canadian and Mexican orders are shipped via US First Class International Mail. Contact us for rates on Express Delivery.

Massachusetts residents, please add 5% state sales tax.

Canadian customers, please add 6% GST, and note that your shipment may be subject to Canada Post's border handling fees & other local taxes upon delivery.

Outside North America
Shipping is $18.00 for each book. Books are sent via insured First-Class U.S. International Mail. Please contact us for Express Delivery rates.
