Regular Classes

Experience Brain Respiration on a day to day basis. All of the exercises use different parts of the body to improve brain health. The current schedule is:
Monday   5 - 6:30 pm   Organ health
Tuesday   5 - 6:30 pm   Deep stretching, breathing and relaxation
Wednesday   8 - 9 am   Deep stretching, breathing and relaxation
Thursday   12:30 - 1:30 pm   Deep stretching, breathing and relaxation
Friday   5 - 6:30 pm   Building inner strength and concentration
Saturday   10 - 11 am   Deep stretching, breathing and relaxation *
* Class is held at the Davis Square Dahn Center on Saturdays.

The MIT Brain Respiration Club meets at:
W31-225, the multipurpose room next to campus police (not the T-Club Lounge).
