About Our Company

Pershing Rifles, Charlie Company, Twelfth Regiment (Airborne), comprised of highly motivated cadets and midshipmen as well as a small number of civilians, provides its members an interservice comraderie and the opportunity to receive additional training that goes above and beyond what they experience in their ROTC detachments.

Missions of C-12 (ABN):

  • To understand and exhibit the six traits of a Pershing Rifleman represented by the stripes on the membership ribbon: Devotion to duty and country, a bold and true heart, readiness to meet any situation, leadership, military proficiency, scholarship.
  • To achieve and maintain superior standards of physical fitness and endurance.
  • To understand and appreciate the company's Airborne Tradition.
  • To foster a spirit of camaradarie among cadets and midshipmen in the Reserve Officer Training Corps and civilians on campus.
The ideals that the Pershing Riflemen aspire to are also well-said in the Ranger Creed.
