The training program for membership typically lasts 8 weeks with one
three-hour class per week. Through the course of the program, you will become
proficient in military knowledge and certain small-unit infantry combat
maneuvers. Your motivation and performance through the program will determine
whether you are inducted as a Pershing Riflemen at the end of your training.
