- Investigator's Certificate for National Science and Technology
Achievements, as the third principal investigator, awarded by National

for the project titled "Creep constitutive relation and creep damage of
composites", funded by the Chinese National Science Foundation.
(Honestly, I was in USA during most of the project's time, I was
really flattered that my colleagues in China still credited me because I
wrote the original proposal, which was based on my earlier exploratory
works in M.Eng. thesis.)

Propagation Direction in Anisotropic Materials" won the second prize of
Chinese Academy of Sciences Science and Technology Achievement
