Fantasy Land -- MIT Stata Center

This is the first time I visited the Stata Center. I immediately fell in love with this new building. It offers endless photographic opportunities. More importantly, it figuratively and pholisophically displays the guts of the MIT cummunity. That is the thing of MIT that I missed so much.

PS: A few years ago, on my way driving from MIT for my new job, I stopped by NYC and visited the Guggenheim Museum. In the museum I encountered Dr. Vest, then president, alone by himself. That museum was exhibiting Frank Gehry's work, and the Stata Center model was displayed as the climax of the exhibit at the top level of the museum. I was curious why he was alone there. Years later when I came back and visited the Stata Center for the very first time, I encountered Dr. Vest, the ex-president, again, alone, carrying a stack of collapsed cardboard boxes to the garage under the Center.
