Close-Up in Nature
My first effort in close-up works. It is a whole new wonderful world in the
``micro'' scale. In most of these photos, I kept a note on the image
magnification. One type of notation is, for example, "1:2", meaning the
image on the 24mm x 36mm (1"x1.5") film is 1/2 of the real size. Another
notation is, for example, "2x", meaning the image on the film is twice the
life size. The former is usually used for smaller-than-life-size images,
and the latter for larger-than-life-size images.
