Fall Colors of New England
Autumn in New England is always spectacular. We endure the five-month long winter just for that! Unfortunately this year, the weather is not cooperating. I had only one enjoyable trip to western Mass. and southern Vermont in mid-October. Second trip was to nearby Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge. It was a foggy morning and I had some interesting but not exciting shots. In almost all weekend that followed, the weather was quite OK to begin with, and changed to cloudy or rain when I had driven all the way to my destination. My third trip was to Rhode Island Route 77 and the fourth was to lower Connecticut River Valley in Connecticut. In both cases, I only managed to take a few obligatory shots.
