The CAC space applications (Student Space Application, Department Space Applications, Lobby 10 Booth/Student Center Table Applications, and Student Center Poster Space/Infinite Corridor Panel Applications) are only accepted if the event is to occur in the next two days.

Cancellation/change forms may be used to change bookings that were reserved with paper applications OR to change bookings that were made online and are happening within the following two days.

Virtual EMS Student and Virtual EMS Department Applications are available to set up accounts to use the CAC/DAPER Virtual Scheduling System.
