ZAR5 - Maintain Telephone Invoice Table

Use this procedure to update a table (ZARTELCUST) that associates customer numbers with phone extensions and IPS addresses billed to internal order 1078200.

1. Get Started

User menu path:
ZARM => Document Entry=>Telephone invoices=>Update ZARTELCUST Telecust Table
SAP fast path: ZAR5

2. Maintain Table Views : initial screen

To make changes to table ZARTELCUST,

Click on Maintain
The Change view "AR: Customers for Telephone Billing" screen displays (see next step).
If you are NOT authorized to use this screen, an error message displays; then the "Display view.." screen displays. You cannot maintain the telephone billing table until your authorization is updated.

3. Change view "AR: Customers for Telephone Billing": overview

Add table entry:	Click on New entries to get a new table line (see below). Fill in these fields: Company Code (CUR) Customer (10-digit customer number) M (M for match: 1 = phone extension; 2 = IPS address) Reference (for M = 1, type 5-digit phone extension) Text (for M = 2, type 8-digit IPS address, for example 18.148.0.68)

Click on New entries to get a new table line (see below).
Fill in these fields:
Company Code (CUR)
Customer (10-digit customer number)
M (M for match: 1 = phone extension; 2 = IPS address)
Reference (for M = 1, type 5-digit phone extension)
Text (for M = 2, type 8-digit IPS address, for example 18.148.0.68)

Click on to SAVE.
The first time you attempt to save, you are requested to enter a transport number. After you save, the entire table redisplays, including any new records.
