SM30 - Maintain
Table of Dunning Letter Names & Phones
To maintain the table of A/R names and phone numbers to appear
on dunning letters, follow the steps below:
1. Get started
User menu path:ZARM => Periodic Processing
=> Dunning Tables => Names & Ph#s
SAP fast path: SM30
2. Maintain table views: initial screen
Select table:
Table/view (ZARUSER):
Click on
3. Change view "A/R dunning letter user name & phone#
table": overview

Change table entry:
Type over existing data
Add table entry:
Click on to get a
new table line (see below).
Fill in these fields: User ID (SAP user ID of dunning letter name/phone) Name (as it will appear on dunning letters) Telephone no. (as it will appear on dunning letters)
Click on to SAVE.
The entire table redisplays, including any new records.
